Alicia sings a solo recital in her new hometown of Richmond, VA in collaboration with Daniel Stipe on piano. The program highlights the theme of “sacred and secular” selections with respect to the Lenten season and the evocative springtime budding behind the scenes. Program selections include Barber’s Knoxville: Summer of 1915, a set of extraordinary Purcell songs, and H.T. Burleigh’s Five Songs of Laurence Hope.
